Vasken Samuelian (a.k.a Heartbeat DJ) has been providing Professional Disc Jockey Performances for over two decades. In 1982, he first started as a bass guitar player in Lebanon, playing with his own band. He then migrated to Los Angeles and continued his career with Armenian singers, such as Paul Baghdadlian, Adiss Harmandian, George Baghdoian, etc.
As a second alternative to bass guitar and being a great musician, he started to DJ as a hobby in 1986, but since he had the musicians’ ears and great taste, his success was obvious from his first Christening performance where he booked 4 jobs the same day.
The last 26 years of his career, and being one of the inventors of Armenian DJ concept in weddings, Heartbeat DJ is the most successful and experienced entrepreneur and performer in the Armenian community. He satisfied thousands and thousands of wedding couples and guests without any single advertising. His repeated customers and great reputation forced him to love his career and to achieve more and more success, always keeping his valued clientele and his high marketing skills.
His admired clients didn’t hesitate to call and ask him to perform nationally and even internationally, like his last wedding performance in Venice, Italy.
Over the 26 years of being in this business, Heartbeat DJ is considered to be one of the best DJs in our community. His friendly approach to the couples and being so flexible with the genre of music, his amazing taste in quality of his music, and his unique style kept his class and value above all.
