The voting process is now CLOSED!
We’ve had 28 days of unbelievable turn out, we want to thank every person who voted and shared this event with their friends, we want to thank all the artists for their participation, their support and of course their talents. Every single one of you are winners in our eyes and we wouldn’t have nominated you if we thought otherwise.
Our awards event was never who is the “best of the best”, it is merely a fan choice awards and it’s heavily depended on artists letting their fans know about it, some chose not too. All nominees were nominated because of their fans active involvement with ArmenianPulse.com and Armenian Pulse Radio. This included song requests, artist requests, hits, likes and comments on articles and other crucial factors. We encourage every artist to have their fans voice be heard on our site in order to get nominated for future Awards.
With over 100,000 votes cast, we are very proud of everyone’s efforts! This was our 1st Armenian Pulse Music Awards, and we will continue the tradition every year and hope to have a live stage event in Los Angeles by the 2nd or 3rd year. But we might end up using a 15 person panel, industry professionals to judge the awards next time around.
Like all Awards, ours didn’t end flawlessly, we had a few issues of people trying to defraud the votes, but it was nothing our voting system didn’t pick up on. All fake votes were deleted within 24 hours of the cast and the rightful winner has won!
Congratulations to all the winners, we will make a formal announcement this coming weekend, along with a special award presentation to someone who has contributed to the advancement of Armenian Music. Besides the formal announcements, all winners will be notified personally and be given instructions on how they can receive their awards.

We will NOT tolerate this behavior and our system recognizes and logs, ip addresses, time stamps, and other crucial proxy server information. Our voting system also deletes any fake votes within 24 hours of a vote that has been cast. Because of this reason, and for the last remaining day, all voters will only be allowed to vote once they have registered. The APMA is to recognize the top artists who have had an impact on Armenianpulse.com and Armenian Pulse Radio.
In nominating artists, the staff of Armenianpulse.com researched not only exceptional work over the period of 2011, but also fan interactions within the armenianpulse.com website, this includes: most requested artists, most song requests, top artist search results, most hits in artist profiles, video premieres and song hits.
All nominations are now live on this page and all fans are welcome to vote for their favorite artists.
Voting process begins on March the 1st and continues until March 28th. The vote results will be live and in view to the public, you will be able to see who is leading and who is behind, this can encourage you to get your friends involved, so your favorite artist will have his or her maximum potential.
Each person may vote once every 24 hours.
The winners will be announced on March 30th on Armenian Pulse Radio. All winners will receive physical awards (as you see in the image above) and it will be sent globally through mail or hand delivered locally to all winners.

Hello John, thank you for your suggestions, You guys are very worthy, unfortunately all the nominations have already been picked. The requirement for being nominated had everything to do with not only quality work in the year 2011 but also fan interactions, this included song requests, artist requests, page hits on video premieres and etc. Hopefully you guys will put out an album in 2012 so it can be in consideration for next years awards.

Why so many Andy votes? I’m confused. There are some odd nominations (Suzy Meliqyan, Hayk Kasparov, etc., oh and Beno Blanko sorry but I can’t take that guy seriously, especially in a category with talented names like DERHOVA and Hayko) but I commend armenianpulse for this awards.
Hi Chris, first of all thank you! Regarding the nominees, Armenian Pulse radio is a very diverse radio station. You would be amazed to see how many requests we get for the talented names you mentioned. Although Beno blank is a comedian, he has created some huge hits in Los Angeles, he is a very talented producer wand if these awards do anything, at least it will bring to light some of them. Regarding Andy, well he is the biggest armenian singer who sings in farsi, he’s got a lot of fans and he is worthy of them. This is not best band ever awards, it’s simply all artists who have had an impact at Armenianpulse.com and Armenian Pulse Radio. We encourage all fans to demand their favorite artists, engage in the forum/comment talks on the site and for sure to request The Beautified Projects songs on the radio. I don’t understand the point of showing the results when people can vote 27 more days. Votes should be limited to one person (one ip address) only to be a valid, honest vote. Otherwise, this is just a race of who has how many votes and note an honest and unbiased poll. in most of the categories, it’s clear who the winner is going to be already.
Hello Arsen, thank you for your feedback, we originally posed these questions to our members at our Facebook page, it was voted to be live and once every 24 hours. These are NOT the best artist EVER awards, it’s simply the armenian pulse radio awards, even as huge as American idol is, they allow up to 15 votes per call. If you want to look at it as who has the biggest fans who are going to keep coming back and voting for there favorites, so be it. Our site is for the fans and we generally have a poll for them to decide how they want to do things and these awards is being done exactly what it was voted on a couple of months ago.
